05 Agentic AI
Eidos runs the loop with a set of small, focused agents instead of one model that tries to do everything. Each agent works from the asset register. Each is limited to what the data can actually back up. And each answers by zone, the same way the health score does — never with an exact spot it cannot really know.

06 The differentiator
You choose which set of rules to score against. The same asset can be ready under one set and not ready under another. That is exactly what a quality manager needs to see.

Scores are weighted by how critical each asset is. They are not a simple average. One major gap — a required inspection that is overdue on a high-risk asset, or a broken audit trail — caps the whole score, whatever else is in good shape. A score that can show green while a major problem is still open is worse than no score at all. A readiness score is an indicator. It is not a certificate, and it does not replace a real audit. The screen and data above are examples.

They also cannot rebuild it if they switch provider. That gives them a reason to keep inspecting, and to keep inspecting with you.

We start with regulated process plants, entering through food and drink. That is where the evidence problem is sharpest, the rules are clearest, and no existing software was built for the job.
You subscribe per site. The price rises with how many assets you track and how critical they are, rather than a flat fee per asset. Pricing per site keeps the decision inside an operating budget, so nobody has to raise a capital request.
Win one site. Prove audit readiness there. Then spread across the plant network, where the group-wide view becomes the reason to standardise.
We add new industries and regions as settings: new rule sets, new standards, new citations, all on one codebase. This is the most important scaling choice we have made.
